Book your special events at Sellwood Community House and enjoy exclusive use of our historic building! Rentals include use of our gym, lobby, meeting room, kitchen and outdoor pavilion, as well as additional first-floor rooms that can be tailored to meet the needs of your event.
Full building pricing begins at $2000 for a four-hour minimum. Additional time can be added at the rate of $400/hour.

Full Building Celebrations
From weddings to milestone birthdays to B’nai Mitzvah to holiday parties, our building provides a charming and versatile historic venue, with multiple spaces for guests of all ages to enjoy. Dine and mingle in our lobby, set up your catering team in our gorgeous kitchen, dance in the gym, and use our kid-friendly areas to accommodate your youngest guests. The Sellwood Community House is the perfect location for a celebration you will always remember!
Our venue is best suited for seated events with 50-100 guests, depending on your space-use needs. We can comfortably accommodate 200-250 guests for events with flexible seating and standing room.
Our full building rate is $2000 for a 4-hour minimum rental window. Additional time can be added at the rate of $400/hour.

5-foot round tables (10), 6-foot rectangular tables (4), bistro tables (5), wooden chairs (50), black metal chairs (50), 5-foot serving bar, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard, wifi, projector and screen, smart TV, electric fireplace, full kitchen, large speaker with Bluetooth and microphone, all cleaning, recycling and garbage supplies, on-site staff person to assist with setup and cleanup, and pre-event walkthrough.
*Table linens are optional, with an add-on price of $10/linen.
