In our six years as a nonprofit community center, SCH has grown into a truly intergenerational hub; supportive, inclusive, welcoming and, we hope, inspiring. Together we have build something remarkable.
Your support now is instrumental in our ability sustain current levels of programming as we continue to await our insurance settlement from the 2024 catastrophic flood that nearly destroyed this building. This unexpected crisis has depleted our reserves, while our monthly insurance payments and costs of our new HVAC system have skyrocketed.
Our spring fundraising goal is $100,000. Thank you for your support as we continue to focus on transforming our facility into a vibrant "third place" in the community.
